Excellent mattress meets needs of the elderly

A great product for older folks with aches & pains especially shoulder, back, sciatica, and leg pain - also arthritis. We purchased a split king size (two twin XL) to minimize motion and that works great. We also purchased a king size platform to hold our mattresses - the quality of that platform was superb, well built, sturdy, a good piece of furniture, only too low for older folks, we would like to see an option for a way to RAISE the height of the platform so that the entire ensemble ends up 6-12 inches higher which would make it much easier for older folks to get in and out of bed.

Great at first but its already getting soft and collapsing after two years

I like the mattress but after two its so soft and I feel like I sink in. I rotated according to directs to even the wear and its still "squishy." I feel like it has broke down.

Not as comfortable as we hoped

We have been trying the Premier mattress for about a month now. So far my wife says her back pain is worse than the previous mattress we had, and for me the mattress feels too hard. I was hoping the memory foam would be more noticible.
