came very fast, more than satisfied with the comfortable and deep sleeps i now get with this mattress. the protector that came with it also does a very good job. any occasional partner who sleeps in it with me always compliment it and ask if it’s the famous purple mattress and say they want one, i am glad to point out that it’sa nectar rather than the purple mattress and point them to your website

Ordered the mattress and foundation in May . My son loves the mattress but the foundation is falling apart just from weight from sleeping on it the leg just fell apart and the bed collapsed while he was sleeping . Very cheaply made and the material was even damaged when we opened the box but my son said it was ok , because he thought it would only be a cosmetic issue . Now the mattress doesn’t have a sturdy foundation to sleep on . Customer service keeps giving me the run around and the bed and frame is supposed to have a three year warranty ! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said they aren’t available. They continue to ask for pictures through email I’ve already sent . This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous!

This mattress is too firm had to put a memory foam topper on it.
