Best sleep I’ve had in years!

I bought the Nector mattress and foundation. I’ve sleep better this last month since I’ve owned this mattress than I have in years! It’s the perfect mix between softness while also being a little firm. I’ve got low back and shoulder issues and I now wake up with no pain. Absolutely worth every penny! I’ve recommended it to all my friends and family.

mattress not as advertised

The thickness for the mattress is supposed to be 12 inches. After 3 days it maxed out at only 9 inches. It has not been slept on! My previous mattress was 12 inches and was perfect height with box spring, for comfortably getting out of bed. I sat on this one, and my knees were higher than my waist, making this 69 yr. man unable to stand up to get out of bed! I went to Live chat on website, and they said they would send an email with instructions on what to do. They want me to send numerous pics with tape measure, top, side, birds' eye, views to them. I do not have a smart phone to be able to do this. Just another runaround in my eyes,

Horrible Service

Been trying to initiate a return for almost a week now… they are super slow to respond and when they do respond they ignore your questions and only try to sell you something else. Very frustrating.

My second mattress. The quality is worse. This is for the guest room. This will be my last! Very poor quality. The last one I bought a few years ago was made better

Extremely comfortable

My first mattress did not unravel or “inflate” properly. The customer service was excellent and quickly sent me a new mattress. It is so wonderfully comfortable. I sleep great on it and so does my wife. We couldn’t be happier.
