Love love our mattress! So glad we made the purchase! We purchased the bundle, the sheets felt good when we put them in the bed, but is already showing knots. So not happy with the sheets

LOVE my mattress NOT the pad

Start by saying I LOVE my mattress. I’ve had it for four months and my back is already feeling better. What I can’t understand is why the company offering the mattress pad and sheet set as a bundle with their mattress wouldn’t catch that the pad hampers the mattress’s performance! I put the pad on about two weeks after getting the mattress and all of a sudden I was sleeping terribly. This went on for a month. The mattress felt hard as a rock and I was waking up with back pain. I was ready to return the mattress but couldn’t figure it out because the first two weeks had been amazing. The only think that changed was the pad and I couldn’t think how that would effect things this much until I realized the foam is activated by body heat. The pad is thick and not at all breathable and radiated the heat back at me, not at the mattress and the foam stayed hard as a rock. I took the pad off and viola comfy mattress again! Seriously??? I can’t be the only one that noticed this and what a waste of money! The other products were great. I just can’t figure out why this wasn’t product tested. Yikes.
