We purchased two and apparently they are not the same. I love them both

My husband band doesn't like the second one we purchased. He says it's not as firm? How could this be when I thought they were the same.????

Very comfortable matress. Im a big guy and it works great. I do think it's a little warm but I run hot usually, and live in AZ. I might be regretting it if I had not got the one with cool technology but having not slept in a regular one I do not know. Happy with the purchase

More than expected

I usually am a side sleeper on a very hard mattress. I spent years buying mattresses to try to find the most comfortable one with spending money unnecessarily. My neighbor told me about the nectar and that it came in a box rolled up in a bag. I laid on her sons mattress and said it was way too soft for me and I didn’t like it. She did mention that Nekter had another type of mattress which was the purple one which was supposed to be much better and top of the line. Well I purchased it and in about a week maybe two it came to my doorstep. I have unpacked it rolled it on my bed and let the Magic unfold. The first two nights I didn’t really like it but reading the reviews and the instructions to says give it at least a week for your body to get used to it. I did and I absolutely love it and so does my wife. It came with two pillows sheets pillowcases and mattress protector. The sheets are super soft and very cool. I am a hot body person and I always need the fan running. The mattress and sheets has helped me cool down at night for a better sleep. No pillows on the other hand are a little bit too stiff and too high for my wife and myself not very comfortable however, when I make my bed it looks nice.

Lower back pain is just getting worse. I want to return it and a refund.

After a month sleeping in this mattress I just have to say my body is having a very uncomfortable back pain as well as weird pain in my arms and hands. I wonder if the mattress is hitting my sciatica and that is the reason for the overall pain in my body. It might be the right mattress to some people but it is not the case for me. I want to return it.
