DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS

The mattress itself is unbelievably uncomfortable. Absolutely no support whatsoever. I am sleeping on an air mattress that is more comfortable right now.
The return process is a lie. They say full refund, but they just send you running around in circles offering you more products and asking you to wait 3-5 business days only to send you an email week after week asking if you want to buy another mattress instead of processing your refund.
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. Worst purchase of my life.

Just as good as a Temp-Pedic mattress. Be aware it is HEAVY. Don't think it's a one person job.

1. The bed came 4 days before the mattress protector/cover & pillow/sheets, which is recommended before using the bed. Therefore, I got the bed and had to wait a few days to use it.
2. It seems to be more geared toward people who sleep on their back and not their side.
Otherwise, I absolutely love my nectar and would highly recommend one if you are considering a new mattress. Plus, for the price and easy set up, you just cannot beat it. I recommend nectar to my friends and family.

Like the mattress has helped with back pains. Hard to sit on the side of it looses shape and goes down to where you almost fall off.

Does not cool as I had hoped

We have the nectar mattress with the most cushion on top which for the most part is enough to ease hip pain, but the supposed cooling option is not enough and adding a mattress topper will definitely impact cooling.

Could be better

At first this mattress was great, but honestly after a month of using, we noticed that we were getting itchy, and something was biting us. Until we noticed It had some type of bugs on It. I’m not sure if It came from the sleep bundle package or the mattress but we had to throw It out. Very upset and felt like money was wasted. We had to throw all parts of the bed out and revert back to our old queen mattress and put It on the floor. Which makes me worried that we might have these bugs in our carpet now too.
