Return policy

I received my queen mattress on January 30, 2019. I have had on and off back pain since. I asked to return the mattress on February 17, 2020, but I was told I could not because the year warranty was over. However, when I looked at the return policy, it states there is a thirty day adjustment period, then the 365 day trial period starts. Well it seems nectar changed their policy without notification. Starting February 14, 2019 the thirty day policy went into effect, thus misleading me to believe that I still had time for a return. They now tell me i'm basically stuck with a mattress that does not work for me. BUYER BEWARE Nectar changes policies with out notification and the warranty you think you have may not apply.

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS!!! I have developed excruciating mid and upper back and rib pain from it, so bad that I cannot function without at least 3 ibuprofen at a time, otherwise the pain is so bad you will wish you were dead. STAY AWAY!!!

Split King Blocks Usb

So far the bed is fine. One immediate problem was that there is no left hand right rand options for the Split King Twin Adjustable bases. This means the usb ports in the side are completely blocked for one base. It also means when you bye just a twin XL if you put it on the right side of the room the plugs are against the wall. They can easily solve the problem in manufacturing by making the usb ports modular so they can go on either side. You can already access them easily enough.

Absolute Garbage

Due to covid-19 I understand the shipping and delivery delays, but the foundation was delivered nearly a month later than the other products arrived. When the foundation did arrive, it was incorrectly manufactured, requiring me to use a drill in order to fix the issue, only to have the foundation begin falling apart less than half an hour after putting it together. This product is complete and absolute garbage for the price I paid to get the California King mattress and foundation. I'd give this zero stars if I could, what a waste of my time and money.

Broken Mattress Frame

I received TWO bed frames from nectar and both have had to be return. The quality of wood was terrible and definitely not worth the money that you're spending on it. While I do like the mattress, I would not waste spending money on a bed frame from here. On Top of the terrible quality, I had to put together, take apart and dispose of the bed frame. Truly just time consuming and disappointing.
