CAL king mattress

We have had our bed for a few months now and when we opened it I did notice that something was wrong with it as the top did not fill out all the way. We have been using our oversized fleece sheets up until yesterday. It was when I put the sheets on that came with the bed that I noticed they did not fit at all. I’ve contacted customer service and it seems as though their process is simple, taking pictures of the bed top sides and bottom. They told me if it was a defective bed I would have to dispose of it myself. Which it obviously is defective. The reviews on this site are very positive about returns. However I have read other reviews from people where the return process is not simple at all. I really am hoping for the best. Also, the base of the mattress measures 80 x 71 and a Calking should measure 84 x 72. Hopefully this process is a fairly simple one and the new mattress Will measure 84 inches as my husband is very tall. Not really sure what size this mattress actually is supposed to be. As a regular king bed is 80 x 76. Has anybody had this experience?

I purchased my mattress due to sleeping issues I’ve been having for months. Even though the mattress is comfortable, unfortunately it hasn’t helped with my sleeplessness.

Queen size mattress is still

Queen size mattress is still only measuring 54" after four weeks. Does not meet the 60" of a standard queen.

Bought to help with my back and hips.

I purchased the mattress hoping to help with my back and hip problems. I have noticed I sleep a bit better than I did on my old mattress. However, it’s not the results I was hoping for with as much as I spent. I do not care for the mattress protector provided in the sleep bundle. It definitely makes you sweat at night. I do however love the pillows.
