This mattress is the perfect combination of soft and firm. My back was hurting with my old mattress so when I moved I ditched the old mattress and ordered this one! The only downside that I’ve found thus far is that it’s VERY warm to sleep on.

This is the best mattress that I've ever had so far although I've not had it long so far it has been the most comfortable nicest mattress I've ever had

Not what I was hoping for

The order arrive quickly. However, was not in a box and delivered to my address number but not my unit number
But all that isn’t really the issue. The bed is way to soft. I can barely get out of it. I called customer and they are sending a topper for it. I hope that fixes it.
