Comfy but not as cool as promised

I bought this mattress because mine was hard as a rock and I needed something to relieve my back pain. While I don't wake up with back pain anymore, it's not AS soft as I thought it would be, but it still comfortable. However, I still do wake up in the middle of the night HOT. So it doesn't have any cooling properties for me. (I am not in menopause, and have no health issues to make me have night sweats)

I wake refreshed. I'm sure I am not sleeping any more hours than I did with my old mattress, but I am sleeping better!

I bought this for my MIL because her old bed hurt her hips. She absolutely loves this bed. She's under 300 lbs and has been getting great sleep and comfort with it.

The first thing I noticed

The first thing I noticed about my new Nectar mattress is that my husband, who generally tosses and turns and has difficulty getting comfortable, slept much more peacefully. The second thing I noticed was that, upon first getting up, I was able to walk without hobbling from the stiffness and pain in my hips that I have had for years when I first get out of bed. This mattress is working beautifully for us!

Not expanding

I've had my mattress for a week now, but it hasn't fully expanded in the middle. I sent pics per customer support, but haven't heard anything back. I sent the email 2 days ago.
