Very disappointed

We bought a king size mattress and bed frame in 2020,
It is now 3/2022 and our mattress has a big hump in the middle and I have to lay cockeyed in order not to slide out of bed. I wake up in pain every morning and I am lucky if I get 6 hrs sleep a night.
I’ve contacted nectar customer support but they don’t answer. I know there’s a warranty but not sure how many years.
Don’t buy this mattress

Researched for a good couple years and when the copper nectar mattress came out, sold me. Hubby and I have extreme hip and shoulder pain. Purchased 2 XL twin beds and adjustable bases which we love. So far after sleeping on the nectar for five days, feel more rested and less sore in the morning. Took a bit for me at 71 to set up everything, but got it done and am very pleased so far. I will update as time goes on, but so far it’s GREAT! Hubs sleeps on his back and I am a back and side sleeper. Do give yourself time to get adjusted to the mattress.

I have a twin and loved it, but it was a tad small. So I upgraded to a full and it is perfect.

We bought the twin mattress for a bed in our nursery and it’s absolutely amazing. Auch a great purchase and the sheets and pillow bundle made it that much better. Get it!

Good bed, went from a

Good bed, went from a 30 year old futon in a couch form, to this in a twin size, not used to the length of it yet, but is very comfy provided you have a bed spring or solid foundation under. Relieved a bit of pain I was having and seem to be sleeping better
