I received my nectar bed and the Serenity Sleep bundle right on schedule. True to its word, it is THE most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Before I bought this mattress, I would wake up every two hours and roll over because either my hips or my shoulders or my back hurt. Sometimes it was hard to get back to sleep. I was only sleeping an average of 4 hours a night. I would wake up in the morning exhausted, sore, and would be tired all day from lack of sleep. The very first night I slept on my Nectar, I slept straight through for 6 hours and when I woke up, I was in the same position that I was in when I went to sleep. And I wasn't sore from thrashing around all night trying to get comfortable. Another BIG plus is that I woke up cool and refreshed, On my old mattress, I would often wake up hot. I am thoroughly happy with my Nectar mattress. It feels firm, yet very soft and cuddly. Thank you so much for making such a great product !!

Not the bed for me

This bed was very firm and you sink into the mattress which woke me when I rolled over. I have pinched nerves and advanced arthritis- it was painful to sleep on. However nectar stands behind their warranty and refunded my money.

Super happy with our new mattress!

We purchased the Nectar Premium in a Queen size. This bed is amazing. We knew it was a winner right out of the box (before it had even gotten to its full height). We laid on it right as we pulled it out and it was ALREADY more comfortable than our old pillow top/spring hybrid mattress. It's continued to get more comfortable as we've been sleeping on it. My husband is a super hot sleeper and it's helped for him - I sleep on the cooler side, but it never feels cold. So soft, the mattress cover that comes with the sheet set is AMAZING - probably the best cover I've ever had for a mattress. It's definitely a medium plush feel and alleviated all of my lower back/hip pain as a side sleeper. So comfortable I actually lay in bed for a while after waking up. I could rave about this mattress forever - my husband and I both love this bed and sleep WAY more soundly than we used to. Definitely recommend to EVERYONE. It's the perfect compromise for couples who have mixed sleep positions. The sheet set (minus mattress protector cover, that's a definite A++) isn't anything to write home about, but love that I didn't have to worry about buying new sheets for the bed.

Best mattress ever!!

I am in love with my nectar mattress. I’ve had it for almost a year and a half and my husband and I both love it. We sleep so well, honestly have never gotten better sleep in my life! 10/10 recommend this mattress to everyone! (Don’t waste your money on the foundation though, it’s trash).

Poor business practices

My wife and I needed a bed that would help with back and side sleep. Nectar was highly reviewed so we went all out. (I mean, why not with a 365 night trial) There was by no means anythiing wrong with the mattress (we even got the adjustable base) but it was too soft for us and we wanted to change it out. I initiated the return process so we could keep looking. The nice thing about Nectar is it is part of a parent company called residenthome. They have a lot of other mattress companies so we were going to keep it going until we found something we liked. the return process was a little time consuming. They wanted pictures, asked questions and then needed to schedule a pickup service. The reason i'm not so happy about this is that when I started the return process I was within 60days of the purchase - when the return process was completed I was beyond the 60days of purchase. The reson this is important is because Nectar starts pro-rating everything after 60days -so you don't really get a 365 night trial. So when i requested the refund it wasn't the whole amount. They appogized but could do nothing about it. This sucks. Be careful when dealing with these folks as the night trial guarantee coomes with a price.

Non lasting support

So a year and a half ago my son purchased the bed , pillows, sheets and frame king sized for me as a gift. Within that year the mattress support slowly diminished, making it hard to get comfortable because you can feel the wood beams. I tried adjusting the legs but nothing is working. I now have a bed that I don’t use and can’t return. What a waste of good money and space. I read the reviews and thought this was a great bed from a good company for me but when I contacted the customer service people, they said it’s past my year for the return and that I would need to take a picture of just about every angle using something to show wear and how can I prove the bed has gotten thin enough to feel the wood?! Insane and poor service. I gave 3 stars cause the pillows are nice and the frame is modern and sleek.
