We have had the bed 3 days. When it arrived a piece was missing, crucial to set up. We were told it would be several days before it would be sent.
The frames stay together because we have it in a frame, but every morning there is a 3 inch gap between the mattresses when we wake up and then slide to the foot of the bed. I have ALS and I need an adjustable bed. Wish we would have purchased local.

Glad we purchased. Our old innerspring mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Laying on this mattress is an immediate relief and it we don't want to leave it in the morning.
