The customer service was fine. No issues with packaging and delivery times. Just not my style mattress and feel ill-informed on how to take advantage of this 365-night trial if its in fact as good as it sounds

Didn’t need to break in. I’m a stomach and side sleeper and it’s been very comfortable since day 1. Stays cool too. 10/10 would recommend. I did a lot research trying to find a good mattress at a reasonable price and this is perfect.

The foam wore off really quick, and it didn’t keep me cool. I woke up most of the time warm.

Quality of bed and adjustable frame is good. Works smoothly and quiet and competitively priced.
Only negative comments are:
Your king size bed is actually 2 extended full size beds and the two mattresses separate leaving a 2 to 3" gap between them. I have sync up both sides to work together but the mattresses slide apart.
Also it is a little frustrating not being able to talk to the same person each time I call. They say I can send an email and they'll call back but never do.
