Mattress is ok

The mattress is ok and I think so far (only a couple of weeks into it) it is fairly worth the price. However it has been a bit of a mess. First I revieved the wrong size mattress (my fault for not checking the blue outer cover for size) and did not realize it until I had already opened it and return a few hours later and noticed it was smaller than the frame. Contacted them immediately by phone (this was a Saturday) and spoke to a CSR. He said to reply to the email he had sent me with pictures it requested (which I did while on the phone) and he would get me set up for a reshipment of the correct size immediately. Monday came and went till the evening and nothing. Spoke to a CSR via chat and the ball had not gotten started yet so she finally got that squared away and I received the correct size by the 13th So all together about a week. The CSR on chat however seemed as if she could care less if I wanted the correct size to be shipped or not when I expressed my concerns of how things were kinda going slow on their ends and that the full size mattress was showing signs of distress already and I that I was looking at the competitors prices while chatting with her. Then one of the pillows that came with the mattress zipper fell apart within a week. As for the pillows, well we have 5 at this point from the two mattresses and the replacement they sent for the other (all it needed was an outter cover). 2 have completely different fillings from the other 3. And the filling looks to be nothing more that floor shavings/scrap. The full size mattress is STILL sitting in the living room awaiting pick up amd we have yet to hearing anything about it. I have contacted them at least 3 times. All in all, the mattress is ok, pillows are meh, and CS is kinda lacking. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Very comfortable, sleeps cool, coiled the wrong way

We replaced an old worn out spring mattress with the Nectar and it is very comfortable and supportive.
The delivery was the worst part of the process. They mention that it comes with handles to make it easy to carry, however there are not handles on the external packaging, only on the inside after the outer wrap has been removed.
Once out of the packaging, you are supposed to be able to place the roll on the bed frame and unroll it, however, it was rolled inside out so once unrolled the top of the mattress was facing down, so I had to flip it before removing the plastic.
The mattress itself is great, does not sleep warm at all like some other foam mattresses. It is very supportive and the pillows are great as well. Well worth the money and would definitely recommend as the delivery issues are only a minor inconvenience.

Nicest Nite Nite

We all love to go nite nite, and the reason, we won't be fighting with our mattress to get some rest. While a contradiction in terms, soft yet firm, it's the best sleeping ever. We all simply go nite nite.

Finally, a bed that meets my needs!

Despite the 24 hours of off-gassing and the tenuous unpacking, my husband and I LOVE sleeping on this bed. We no longer wake each other up during the night when rolling over or leaving the bed. I am hopeful it will live up to our expectations.
