I was a terrible sleeper but this mattress not only gives me a great night sleep but a wonderful place to lounge for a cozy weekend indoors :)

I returned my mattress and they are charging me for my FREE PROTECTOR that was suppose to be a gift and the place that picked up the mattress took it as well :rage:

The bed is so so, much softer than I was expecting

It is much softer than we expected as it had already been used and was returned and repackaged. I say this because my mom has the same size bed and hers is much firmer than ours ever was and she has had it for over a year and it is still firmer. The bed is a bed I haven't seen much difference in sleep quality or length or less pain like most reviews. We also still sleep hot in the bed haven't noticed any cooling effects as claimed by the company and yes the mattress protector has been on since day one.It took forever to get here and everything came separately weeks apart from each other. The sheets took the longest almost 2 full months after ordering and when they came they were full of wrinkles even after washing, drying and having been slept on and put through the wash again they also don't stay on the bed as the corners aren't deep enough to stay on the mattress. If I could attach pics of the sheets I would.

Worse mattress I have ever bought. It’s so soft and my kids hated it. Costumer service is a joke.
