Best investment I’ve ever done.

Scared :scream: when I was quoted for a tempurpedic mattress, I decided to conduct my own research and ran onto the Nectar. After 2 months of use, I am deeply thankful for this life changing purchase. The mattress has fulfilled all my needs. Being a side sleeper, my shoulders would suffer while sleeping on a conventional Westin mattress. All I can say is it takes a few days, week, month to get used to it but after that period all I want do is sleep on my nectar. Great product for me.

Returns: Beware! - This company is very tricky!

Tried to return mattress after two weeks of use and Nectar will not refund. Mattress is too soft and squished down. Sent pictures and emails and they responded that they will not consider a refund for thirty days, then they want a set of photos requiring measurements of the indentations with a ruler, photos without the sheets on, pictures of tags on the underside, etc. After this you must wait for their review, then donate to a company who apparently gives you a receipt after it goes onto a truck. Obviously this all takes a long time.
Nectar has built a complex return system that makes it very difficult to return. Requires you to sleep on their mattress for 30 days minimum before "considering" your return.
Beware of these sharpies!
PS - why do they need all of this personal information to write a review? Review requires you to complete their personal questions in order to post. Kinda creepy!

Thankful for the upgrade

We upgraded out of our queen bed because of two people and a medium dog sleeping in it. It’s absolutely comfy and sucks you in like a cloud. We will be sleeping in air for the next 10+ years without any regrets.
