Comfortable

This bed really satisfies our needs. You “sink” into the mattress which relieves pressure on the hips and shoulders. And there is minimal movement in the bed, I hardly notice my husband getting into and out of bed for work. Overall a nice mattress.

It was well worth the money and less expensive than some memory foam mattresses. Exactly what I needed at the price I needed. Plus the warranty is unbeatable.

Very Firm Mattress, Great Customer Service

This is a firm mattress, and I planned to send it back, but they sent me a soft topper which has helped quite a bit, making it much more comfortable. The customer service is very responsive and accommodating.

Been a month and feeling uncertain about purchase

Started off looking forward to trying the bed out. It's different being a memory foam. I like it in ways, at the same time, not sure memory foam is totally for me. Beyond that, I can't say my sleep has been much better. It's a decent bed and would recommend others to try, especially if they like memory foam.
The biggest gripe I have is the smell. I had the mattress opened up and sitting for a full week to let it air out. Windows open part of the time, with a fan and air filter going. I then started sleeping on it after a week had gone by despite there still be a smell/odor to some degree. It's not always noticeable now, but a month later now, there can still be times when I walk into the bedroom and notice it. I am displeased about that.

We've had the mattress for about 2 1/2 months and there is a noticeable dip in the center. It was nice at first, but the dip is getting worse as time goes by.

I think I should be able to upgrade it, I was in the WTC on 9/11 and Iraq, and I suffer a great deal of ailments, I wanted something firmer and I spoke with someone and he assured me that the mattress I bought would be fine. Actually haven't slept on it since then only three nights and I think I will buy a new mattress.
