Excellent Mattress and Superb Customer Service

I purchased the Nectar Premier mattress and was not disappointed. It had better edge support than the other brands I tried and was firm, yet plush all at the same time! Very comfy. I did have an issued with the frame + headboard I ordered. In the specific one I received, the top of the slats were 3 inches below the top of the frame, unlike the website photo. This made the bed difficult to tuck in sheets. But Courtney R, in customer service, worked with me to resolve the issue and I am more than satisfied with the result. Customer service is prompt, attentive and excellent! Thank you Nectar and Courtney!

New Design is Quite Bad

I have been sleeping on an older model Nectar mattress since January 2021. That mattress is fantastic - supportive and comfortable. Because of this experience, I just purchased another for my family. The new mattress is not even close to the same. The new mattress is way too soft, offers no support, and is simply very uncomfortable. I contacted customer service and was told that they redesigned the mattress in April 2021. That's too bad because the new model is bad. Even my elementary school daughter says it is very uncomfortable and she wants to go back to her old, budget-level spring mattress.
