Purchased this mattress. hoping to find comfort for a husband who has back problems. Unfortunately this mattress accelerates his back pain. It is Too soft. We would like to return the bed and ask for our money back. I would like to know how to reach you about this matter.

Not a fan at first

I received the mattress and it was so easy to take out of the package all by myself. It took me a while to get use to it. Actually about 2weeks later. Now I love it I would definitely recommend it to someone.

I am in my early forties and had been having issues with my hips and back sleeping on a traditional pillow top mattress. I talked my wife into trying the Nectar Premier and neither the wife or I will ever go back to a traditional mattress. It’s super comfortable and my hips and back haven’t hurt since we’ve been sleeping on it. Would highly recommend this mattress to anyone.
