It is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. I suffer from back and neck pain. It doesn't alleviate the pain, but I have quality sleep on the mattress. It was a nice bonus to get a pillow and a nice set of sheets with my purchase.

So far, so good. I’d love to read a review of the premium mattress after a year or more to see how it holds up. But i love it! It’s soft but not too soft. I went to a local store to try out different mail order mattresses and could tell this one was perfect for me. It felt firmer than the others but still cozy soft. I still feel supported. No off putting gases like I‘ve read about in some mattresses. One negative is that it’s very heavy for me to lift the corners inside the bed frame to put the sheets on. But overall I love my premium nectar!
