I'm sorry I'm not happy with the mattress, it's way to soft, it sags on one side, I have a really hard time getting out of bed because of my back problem.

Sleeps a bit hot. Customer service lacking. Had to call numerous times and were of little help trying to locate my matress. Ended up having to doo all the leg work myself and they offered very little in return.

The mattress is fine but the bed frame with headboard is cheap and not worth it.

I’m giving two stars instead of one because Nectar at least reached out to me the first time I had a problem with the product. I bought the king size bed frame with the headboard to go with my nectar mattress. After only a week or two the bed frame would squeek with every movement. I would have to remove the mattress and tighten all of the hex heads every other day to stop the squeaking. I left a poor review and nectar reached out and sent me another bed frame and I’m happy for that. However, after a few more weeks the new bed frame was doing the same thing but worse. My girlfriend and I sleep on the bed every night and we are not big people, in fact we’re quite small people both less that 140 pounds. I held off leaving another bad review but I’ve reached my limit with it all. Every time I roll over, sit in the bed or make any movements the legs of the frame squeak loudly. After using it for this long, I’d say the bed frame is cheap and would not recommend it to anyone. Wish I would’ve gotten the regular bed frame or a different brand.

I was skeptical but this bed is very comfortable. Its a perfect mix between inner spring and memory foam. I have scoliosis and have had horrible experiences with mattresses over the years so I definitely give this 5 stars.
