The mattress is comfortable but moving from a tempurpedic to this one was a mistake. It is firmer than I expected and has caused some issues in my hips. I am not sure I will keep it but I am trying to give it a chance. It is a great price compared to tempurpedic

Comfiest mattress I’ve ever had plus the deal and shipping was phenomenal. Super easy to put together too. It took a little time to get used to but now it’s like bliss. Highly recommended!

I have had nothing but continued issues with this company. First they provided me with a faulty bed frame (queen size) which arrived relatively quickly. However I had to wait for almost 3 months to receive the mattress after the frame and other accessories were delivered. I understood that with the pandemic the supply chain is messed up and things out of our control happen. However, once the mattress arrived and I was able to use the frame I almost immediately had the support legs buckle under my mattress. I then reached to customer support for help. They told me I could not return or get a refund for the faulty bed frame because my 50 night sleep trial had passed…. It passed before I even got the mattress so how could I have even begun the trial??? Then once I gave in and had the company send a replacement frame THEY DIDNT EVEN SEND ALL THE PARTS OF THE FRAME. Further, the company clearly knows the original frames they sold were faulty because they sent a completely different frame to replace the old one. And yes the new designed bed frame is the frame they did not include all of the parts for. So now, I am stuck with 2 bed frames I cannot use because of this company’s incompetence and inability to own up to their faults. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL.
