Excellent Customer Service!

First off, great mattress! I've had it a little over a month and love it! I also had a great experience with the Customer support team that was very helpful and friendly! Showed that they were a company who cared. I have recommended them to my friends and family and I will keep telling people about it. Thank you for the experience and great mattress!!

I will never go back to a traditional mattress again. I sleep significantly better. The adjustable frame was easy to put together and my back pain is all gone.

Still have some aches and pains. I can’t tell if the mattress actually helps with keeping me cool or not. Better than our 10 year old spring mattress but I was expecting better.

Love it. Only compliant is that it’s a bit too soft. In the morning you must engage core or momentum to get up, you truly sink in.

Worth It

I was very worried about buying a mattress online. I spent months researching mattresses and finally narrowed it down to Nectar. It took about a month for my mattress to reach its final shape and for my body to adjust. After the first week I seriously considered returning it. But now it feels perfect. I am experimenting with additional mattress toppers and pads to keep the mattress cooler. The mattress does retain some heat, so if that bothers you just put a cooling memory foam pad on.
