So far so good with my new nectar mattress. I'm giving it four stars only because I haven't had it a super long time yet so I'm just making sure! The day I got it I set it up and slept on it that night. No odor AT ALL and I would say I got the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Actually, every night except for maybe two or three I've slept better than I have in years! I am a back sleeper with occasional turns on each side and I have back and hip pain and it has definitely helped with both of those.

This is an awesome bed. For my partner likes a firm bed and I like mine a little soft and this was a match made in heaven.

Can't deliver as promised!

So the website clearly stated 5-10 business days for delivery when I ordered. Knowing this, I gave away my old mattress and went on vacation for 3 weeks. At last I arrived home only to find out my new Nectar mattress hadn't even been shipped yet. I spent a week in a hotel and came home on the delivery date. The sun is now down and it still isn't here, 29 days later. Guess I'm sleeping on the couch tonight. Thanks alot guys, and thank your customer service department for ignoring me as well. You can still call me and make this right.

btw, I just checked your site to see if it still states 5-10 business days delivery. I am dumbfounded to see that it now says 2-3 days! Seriously! You should be ashamed . . . .

Not what I expected.

I honestly expected the mattress we got (premiere) to be softer. It's a bit too firm for my taste. It's not really a good mattress for couples that sleep close to each other, as it makes you roll into each other. We've been sleeping on it for a little over a month now, and I'm honestly not sure we will keep it.
It is still way better than our old mattress for sure though!
