Kind of Comfortable

The mattress was ok, it felt like it dipped in the middle even though it did not look like there was any damage or curvature. It was a hassle to work with customer service to try to get it exchanged, so we ended up just returning it completely, and we will try something else. It came highly recommended, but was overall, a disappointment.

The mattress is even comfier than I imagined, with it staying at around the right temperature for me to get good night's rest. Everything came easy to move and take out of the box!

Mattress doesn’t fit the bed

For some reason a corner of the mattress refuses to go down, it definitely bothers me but I know it would be a hassle to get a new one. I’ve had it for about a month now, still hoping it’ll expand, but at this point I think it’s just a defect and an eye sore
