Not what we expected for the price

The bed had only about 3 inches of memory foam and the rest regular foam. The side sank together when sitting on the side of mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable, and returning it has been extremely difficult. Pictures first had to me less than 3mb to send, then when I sent them in PDF so they could look at them they said the couldn't read whatever they were looking at. I tell you it has been a pain to deal with NECTAR and this mattress.

We received our mattress on 8/13/21, we’ve been using it for a week and my lower back has been in the worst pain I’ve had in a long time! When you first lay on it, it’s so comfy but I be toss and turn all night and my lower back is in extreme pain? My husband says he doesn’t notice any difference from our old mattresses? I will try for a month at least before I make a final call! Maybe I twisted my back and not realized it at the time at same time of getting mattress? We’ll see! I will return for a follow up in about a month!

This bed has helped me sleep more peacefully, feels great and I’m glad I got it at the perfect time to also get the mattress protector, two pillows and sheet spread!!!

Have bugs under the cover

Have bugs under the cover of the mattress. Sprayed with disinfectant spray and they aren't moving now. The reason I checked is because I woke up during the night itching. Prayed sides of frame also. Didn't have any bugs before we got the mattress.
