My mattress came ripped apart like maybe it was used & resold .

I received a ripped up mattress and padding. I’m not sure what could’ve occurred, but it looks like I may have received a used mattress that was returned. I’ve been trying to reach someone to replace the mattress but nobody ever returns my emails.

I was excited to try the nectar mattress. I waited a long time after ordering for the mattress to arrive and it’s my first memory foam bed. Since night one I’ve woken in pain. It is difficult to stay asleep. The mattress is very firm but I don’t feel support.

After a year and a half the mattress has a valley in the middle. My hips and back hurt. I gave this mattress one star because it won't let me give it a BIG ZERO.
