I couldn’t wait to for my mattress to get here and it was everything I was hoping for!!! It’s comfortable, the deal was great, and I wake up not in pain. What was an added bonus is I’m no longer woken up with my significant other or the dog gets in and out of bed. I would recommend anyone to at least try it out since it’s a 365 return policy and you will not find that anywhere else. I love my nectar!

Comfy but...

It's super comfy to sleep on. I have it on the nectar bedframe. If my partner makes any sudden moves it twitches in their sleep I can feel it like an earthquake and wakes me up.

Amazing mattress. Unsatisfactory shipping experience

All in all, it’s possibly one of the best mattresses that I slept over in my life. I would definitely give this mattress 5/5 in terms of quality, softness, packaging.
Yet, the shipping time frame is very difficult to deal with, especially with moving across the states. I waited more than 7 weeks to receive my mattress. While the customer service were fairly responsive, yet they could not change the long waiting hours.

I've received my queen sized mattress and framework headboard about 2 weeks ago. 2 legs on the frame are broken already. Bed pops and creaks even when my 130lbs fiance crawls in. The wood is some of the cheapest stuff I've ever seen. For as overpriced as this was, you'd think it would have real, solid wood frame. Not so much. The mattress isn't horrid. Very average and HOT!! Not much side protection from keeping you from rolling off,off, better than other foam mattresses. Will very likely be returning.
