I bought the bed and it was way too soft and was sent a gel pad that was said to be firm but it’s too soft also! I have had back surgery and have hip and knee problems that’s why I bought this but it seems to have made all the pain worse so I will find somewhere to find me a different mattress! Would only recommend if you like a really soft bed then it would be great!

Very Comfortable Mattress but poor delivery time.

The mattress is very comfortable and not too firm or soft. Pillows are comforable too. The only issues I had was the mattress protector and fitted mattress sheet had yellow stains on couple of areas and it took over 5 weeks to get mattress.

I've only slept on it a couple of nights, it's different than my old mattress, but so far I haven't woken up with back, shoulder or neck stiffness and soreness

This mattress is exactly as described !
I had my doubts, I was going from a hybrid memory foam and spring mattress that was twice the price, purchased from a large retailer, where I could test it before purchase.
This mail order "premier mattress", which I couldn't try until I purchased it, turned-out to be GREAT !!!!
I waited several weeks before submitting my review, just in case something changed.
My wife and I are very pleased with our NECTER Premier king size mattress.
P.S. Our old mattress was good, but it was a queen size and we wanted more room therefore ordered this king size, which to our surprise is even more comfortable and a better mattress.
