Big improvement

We took a chance in trying to replace our sleep number mattress. It has been a very good choice. We have less morning aches and getting a better night's sleep.

Our mattress came defected. It should be 11 inches and it’s barely 5 on one side and has a huge dip in it. As of right now, not a fan. Back and hip pain not resolved. Super disappointed. We will see when I get a replacement.

Love the bed!

This is our 2nd mattress. We would still be sleeping on the first one, but Hurricane Delta claimed it by flooding our house. We just moved into a new house and I knew a nectar mattress would go in our bed room. We even bought one for our daughter who claimed we always had the best bed. I gave it only 4 stars because it took over a month to get the mattress and knowing when we would close on the house I ordered it ahead of time. We closed and had to sleep at my in-laws for longer because we had no bed to sleep on.

Not good for back pain

We bought the nectar mattress because it said it was good for side sleepers and back pain. Unfortunately our back pain has gotten much worse. It is supposed to be medium firmness but it is much softer.

We are finding to mattress to be too soft and very hot. We spent extra for the plush mattress and are disappointed in the softness. you really sink into it when you sit and we are
so hot at night even with ac on.

Bad to good

When our mattress was delivered and unpacked it never returned to its desired shape. I had several communications with the help line and was very satisfied with the results. A new mattress arrived at my house and my wife and I are getting the best sleep we have had in a long long time.

This mattress has worked well for my wife and I. Buying a mattress is very complex these days. I like that the options are limited at Nectar. I just ordered the Nectar Mattress online, it showed up on my porch when promoted, and it is quite comfortable.
