Great Purchase

The bed has been fantastic, and a great purchase! Not over priced, and it was easy to set up and now all we have had to do is enjoy it and sleeping has been great on it! It has been one of my wife and I’s favorite purchase yet!

So far so GOOD

I have only had the mattress for about a month. So far I love it. It is soft, but not too soft. You don't sink in and it is easy to turn over from any position. The only thing i am worried about is getting the "sag" but that is not happening yet.

Too soft

It’s way too soft! I have had it for a month now, and I still wake up with back or neck pain every morning and about every other night. When I sleep on my back, my back sinks in the mattress and my chest caves in, so I end up waking up with neck/shoulder pain. When I sleep on my side, the mattress give too little support, so my side pelvis is not aligned and I wake up with low back/side pain.

First of all, we were completely new to memory foam mattresses, so we didn’t know much about how they worked. We had an excellent customer service representative answer all our questions on the phone, and then help us order the mattress. Delivery was quicker than expected, and set-up was a snap. We are very pleased with the comfort of the mattress so far.
