Great customer service. I felt

Great customer service. I felt the mattress was a little too firm for me. I wrote to Nectar and immediately sent me a topper! They were great. Very responsive. I’m very happy!

A very nice mattress

I ordered two Nectar mattresses, essentially the standard/base models. After placing the order, Nectar staff called to see if I would be amenable to upgrading to the next higher version. I said yes. In short, these mattresses have been very good to sleep on. They seem to work well with my adjustable frames, plus they're neither too hat nor too cold. At this point in time, I am quite satisfied with my purchase!

Worst headboard/bed frame of all time

Never buy a headboard/bed frame from this company. I have a three year warranty and I have had to replace is every year. Just got my third replacement and it was designed so poorly I can’t even assemble it. Absolute trash. The pillows are also un-usable. The mattress is fine but honestly I wouldn’t buy anything ever again from this company

The Bed is comfortable and worth the price. I should have ordered two twins instead of a king size mattress. It is amazing how many times my wife and I want the beds at different settings now that we have an adjustable bed.
