Mattress is too soft and lumpy

Just purchase the Nectar memory foam mattress last week and to my disappointment it's too unstable, flimsy and soft. After 3 nights I am waking up with lower back pain and restless sleep. Keep in mind this mattress is soft, and seems to be lumpy, the edges are not firm either. You sink right into it when sitting at the edge bed. If you're a side sleeper and are looking for a little bit of firmness this is NOT it.

We love our new nectar mattress, how did we live without it for so long!

Bad matress

The comfort was bad, the pillows sucked. This is our 2nd mattress under a year. The second bed we've had under 2 months and I can't use it, the mattress leaves a horrible smell that causes me migraines, and bruises on my left side.

Nectar - Awesome customer service and bed

Purchased this bed and had high hopes for it. Received and unboxed but noticed it wasn't expanding evenly. It was very warped. Did as instructed - be patient and let it expand. week later it was still warped and had completed expansion. Called in to express concerns of having a defective product. Sent in proof and about three days I had a new one at the door. Wow! Opened the new one and it expanded as expected. Super comfortable! Use to take me an hour to fall asleep. I literally fall asleep in 5 minutes now. Don't question it. Just get one.
