I hate the box spring

I bought this bed 4 years ago,the Cali king size, the bed it's ok but the box spring with the little legs is really not worthy. The 1 leg broke the 1st week so I left it on the floor but the those sticks that hold the mattress really sucks . I have to fix them almost every day.

We lose about 6" of bed since the last 3" on either edge sinks as we roll around at night. My partner is a stomach sleeper and I'm a combination side and back sleeper and we both have increasing back pain as we test this mattress. It's too soft.

Save yourself lots of money and pain

Here I am 2 years later paying double to replace this horrible bed with another better quality bed. I knew within weeks of having this bed it would be horrible. I never even received all of the "bonus" items to this day. After contacting the company to return they convinced me to try a topper they would send me.. they sent me 2 because the first one was filthy and burnt from cutting the foam on the edges. The second topper was cheaper than any topper I have ever seen and made the mattress even worse, it was literally cushion foam cut to size of bed. My husband sleeps in crappy hotel beds all week and hates coming home to this one on Saturday.. what does that tell you?! The foundation is cheaper than a wayfair one I have at 1/2 the price, its collapsed and broken edge on my side and I am only 155 lbs. I cannot wait to be rid of this bed, worst experience and purchase I have ever made. I shouldve have fought with them to return it but as you can see in other reviews they make it impossible. Please dont do the same and spend more on a quality bed!

The mattress does not provide a good nights rest as advertised. The mattress is not worth the investment. The mattress does not provide any of the good sleep that is advertised.
The company is disreputable and does not provide a refund under 365 days as advertised.
Everyone should be warned to stay away from any dealings with this company and the overhyped mattress.

My first mattress I got from you which very uncomfortable so I did the weight test and sent the pictures and you replaced it with the new one the new mattress it’s very very comfortable and I love it

Worst investment

Bed was extremely stiff to where it hurts my body, so they send me a cheap foam to lay on top of the mattress. If that’s the case I was better off just buying a topper for fraction of the the price, right? After awhile the bed starting to sink in the middle, not even a year of owning it so I tried to return it but they asked for pictures when they said you can return the mattress anytime, within a year, no questions asked. now I can’t return it cause it’s been over a year. It’s all BS! Worst investment ever.
