Too soft

Overall it feels soft and comfortable. The sheets are soft and help getting hot. But it’s just not enough support, and every morning since we’ve started sleeping on it my neck and shoulders are severely knotted.
It also never completely unrolled flat. At the foot of one side of the bed the mattress is still lifted a good 10in off of the frame. Underwhelmed.

Best sleep We have ever had

I like the mattress, but it's a little softer than I was looking for because of my back, but that's not the main complaint. I order the sheet set also and when putting the fitted sheet on for the first time one of the corners tore. They did promptly send me a new set, but just like the first set, the new fitted sheet did the same thing. I think there is a quality issue with the product.

Waking up with less pain

I bought this in hopes of waking up with no more back and hip pain (side sleeper, flipper). I am blown away!! This mattress has changed my life :)

I hate it

I gave it the 30 days and then some. It just sucks. It’s not comforting to lay down on. It’s hard. No sheets fit it. They flip up. It says it has “cooling” something or other… I’ve never been so hot… literally wake up in a pool of sweat every night and have to change the sheets. Used to get warm at night, but not like this.
