Great bed for kids!!

We purchased 2 beds for my kids - they absolutely love them, and we are now jealous that they have the most comfortable beds in the house! Not too soft, not too firm, just right!. Highly recommend these beds to anyone. I will note that the beds do firm up over the first couple days from day 1 -so be prepared for that.

Feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud every night. All the fats chicks I have over love it too. But for real it’s a great mattress.

Worth every penny! I was honestly surprised at how well the cooling technology works. I was expecting the mattress to be comfy (and it is) but its even better than I hoped for. The quality of my sleep has improved so much!

I have two artificial hips, and it is hard to find the perfect support. Nectar does a pretty good job, but I probably need a little more "give."

Unacceptable shipping time

So i ordered a mattress 10 days ago and have yet to be provided a valid tracking number. I’ve called Cs and was told that they are using a new carrier which does not provide tracking information to them or customers. So in reality I’m out of luck with being able to determine if I will be able to host family in my home tomorrow night which is Thanksgiving. I’m beyond disappointed and upset to see that the promised date of arrival was nothing more to than just a random date picked instead of a date that Nectar can promise on. I tried cancellation the order but was told that it would take up to 14 days to be processed and I need the money to purchase a mattress for family that’s coming in from out of town. Either way the jokes on me for relying on the ETA provided by Nectar. Ok will definitely not recommend this to anyone nor will I purchase again.
