I took a chance on this. It’s not as firm as I expected, but the reason for 2 stars is that when it arrived, it was folded in half for shipping. As the mattress expanded, the crease in the middle from the fold never filled in. My mattress has a permanent dent down the middle, and I’m seriously considering returning it.
Also I’m a hot sleeper and I notice ZERO cooling benefit compared to my previous traditional not foam mattress

Great comfort but not so great smell

I love how comfortable the mattress is, but the chemical smell isn't going away. I've had the mattress for almost two months. So if you're sensitive to it, I would think twice about purchasing it. It gave me massive eye allergies that I can't get rid of!

I was skeptical of the hype behind a nectar mattress- considering a lot of stuff bought online is touch and go, not to mention the idea of not testing this mattress in person before taking the financial commitment. After a couple months of use, I have 0 complaints, this mattress holds up to everything it claims and more! Personally I love how quiet and comfortable thing mattress is!

So far so good. Very comfortable. Only minor complaint is that is sleep a little hot, but that was expected.

Extremely lumpy after only 10 months of usage

Unfortunately, my review is not as stellar as the rest- My lower back pain has never been an issue- now I can barely get out of bed because the pain is so bad- This mattress has hills and valleys in it only after 10 months of usage- The sides where my husband and I sleep on have such a divet it is visible with the covers on and everything! The middle of the bed has suck a hump in it you cant roll onto it! I will have to be mattress shopping again with under a year with this one- We are very dissapointed with our purchase.
