Best night sleep in a long while

We have a problem with the bed. We were on vacation when it was delivered and it sat in the box for two weeks. We opened it yesterday (Sunday 7/25) and as of today 7/26, it seems to have a problem opening. It it still very bent where it was folded over. I don't think it will resolve itself. I will contact nectar tomorrow 7/27 if it has not resolved.

I like it but I thought it would be firmer my hips no longer hurt when I sleep. My back still hurts, but I am happy with it

My experience!

I loved my mattress when I first got it, soft, and very very comfortable! I noticed that when my boyfriend was home, that we would end up like leaning towards each other. To make it more understandable, the center of the bed was super soft compared to the outside so the middle dipped. I contacted customer support, and with just a few pictures, they are sending me out a replacement! I hope this one is better, because I do love my bed, but I need to be able to have my space from my boyfriend.
