Love love love this bed! I had a comfy pillow top but this is way beyond comfort. I was a bit intimidated to open it alone so had my son help me and it was a bit heavy and magically expanded into shear heaven. The comfort surpassed my expectations and I enjoy every moment on it and since I just retired spending lazy days living in this bed! I have raved to every one that they need this bed too. Definitely worth it!

The mattress has little support on the sides. I like sleeping on the edge and it feels like you could roll off. One side of the bed seems firmer than the other. I would say the mattress in firmness, is a 7 being 10 the firmest. Also the bed sleeps hot suppose to have a cooling jell but wife and I kick the covers off. It could be the mattress protector may be the cause. Been two weeks now still trying to get use to it . Wife is ready now to send it back. I hoped to have more support on the edge and be cooler to sleep in. My concern is firmer on one side than the other. Wished I would have found the bed in a store near me to try it out.

Comfy mattress but first mattress was defective, takes some getting used to as well! Has good support

I thought it would help with my back and sleep issues, however, I don't find it to be that different from my last mattress. I have had it for less than 30 days so I will continue to test it out. Hopefully it will get better.

Comphy but soft

Mattress is comfortable but slightly softer than previous mattress, which according to reviews, shouldn't have been the case.
