Frame sucks

The mattress is ok but the frame sucks. We are supposed to get parts to fix it but they haven’t come yet

It is great quality and very comfortable, it was not as soft as I was hoping but still a great bed! The pillows that came with it are some of the most comfortable pillows I've ever used. I still however get hot while sleeping but not as much as I used to.
