Too soft.

Way too soft for what you advertise. My back pain get worse. Plan to call support to see what can be done.

Getting use to the change. Still have some back and hip pain but much better then last mattress. Really like the pillows that you sent with the new mattress.

This mattress is one that will conform to your needs but provide the support for back/etc. You sink just enough into the mattress to fee it adjust to your body but it give plenty of support to keep you comfortable.

Lower back pain recovery

I was sleeping on a camping mattress before I purchased my bed because I had just moved from Texas to California and sold all my belongings including my bed in Texas. Well the camping bed damaged my lower back which I thought would be irreversible. However, my nectar mattress has repaired the damage and my lower back pain is steadily going away! I feel great every morning.

Not for hot sleepers!

Not for warm or hot sleepers! Free accessories are cheap and gimmicky, especially the pillows. Sounds like customer service is below par as well.
