Better than expected!

So glad we made the decision to purchase a nectar mattress! It has delivered on the promises of a great sleep, firm & yet comfortable...deflecting body heat, ,providing a “cool”, yet restful at trees!!

Mattress lost during shipping.

I purchased a mattress on 03/17. Mattress was shipped on 03/26 with tracking available until 03/30, after this date mattress shipping updates are no longer available. The mattress was scheduled to arrive at my place on 03/31. I think I made a mistake buying from this company.

Timing / Just so you know

I'm not sure how the mattress is -- I ordered it nearly 3 weeks ago and it has yet to arrive. I'm sure the mattress will feel great based on reviews but if you need a mattress to arrive within a week, maybe go another route. They seem to have a backlog and are slowly getting to each order by abiding by the Covid safety precautions. Again, this isn't to slam them and I'm glad they are being safe, but if you need a mattress ASAP, as we did, maybe consider other options.

Long delivery

I purchased a mattress. It said it would take 14 days to get here. They have changed the delivery date 2 times. If it ships at the new ship date it will be a month since I ordered. It is going to get here too late for my needs and it seems that there is nothing I can do about it. I am very unhappy. Beware
