Has yet to meet my expectations

It's really not as firm as I thought it would be. My sister has the basic full mattress in her guest room, so I thought I'd give the full premium a try because that was the one night I woke up without back pain. This one IN MY OPINION is not as comfortable as hers. My back still aches every morning. The setup was easy, HOWEVER, this dang mattress doesn't fit in my bed frame. I have an ikea bed frame with a low-profile box spring. The other full sized mattresses I've had before this one fit perfectly in it. This nectar premier mattress doesn't fit! (I'll attach a photo)
I've had it for about a month, and I am considering returning it.

I live in Florida and the bed is hot. With my house set at 64 at night I can only sleep with a sheet or i will be too hot. It was supposed to have triple cool material.
