Ease of install and quality of the product seems very good. Firmness is perfect. Lack of feeling other sleepers movement is very good.

It’s too firm for us.

It’s too firm for us. Husband says it feels like concrete. I like a firm bed but this one is even too firm for me. Added a layer of lightweight memory foam and it helps a little, but overall it’s not a bed that feels cradling or comfortable for any long period of time.
