Weak sidewalls...

My wife and I were highly anticipating the arrival of our mattress! Shipping was very quick and setup was a breeze...... While setting it up, one of the corners did not fully expand. We had hoped that after a week it would finish expanding but it did not. The sidewalls are very weak and it is easy to roll out of bed on accident. As far as overall comfort, it is firm but comfortable and not too hot. I don't know if we may have gotten a faulty mattress.

The mattress has eliminated all

The mattress has eliminated all back and hip pain. I love the firmness and it doesn't get too hot at night. My only issue is we got a higher level and there is zero movement absorption. I can still feel all the toss and turns.
