Hoping it gets better

So far it is too soft. We previously had a puffy mattress and it was much firmer. I wake up sore every morning. Really hoping there is an extended adjustment period and my body will get used to it but so far this mattress is much too soft.

This mattress sucks you so far into it that it is very difficult to get out of. It is also 14" thick and even on the platform bed that I purchase for this mattress, I feel like a child trying to get out of this thing! I'm 5'7", so I can't imagine what it's like for shorter women! Will be calling to return this mattress. Just had to wait for the first 30 days to go by because they don't want to hear from you before then.

Worst sleep experience ever

Constant back pain,pinched nerve in shoulder, etc…so much heat produced in any position that we bought heat resistant sheets which aren’t effective…all in all the worst mattress I have ever slept on…I will return it and look for something not so soft

Firmness

I read a few of the reviews before buying and what sold me was a few of them said it was too firm. I can't find any firmness and was looking for at least some. There is no firmness. I had to take a double look at the box to be sure it said premium, and it did but, the bed itself have no information stating which one I received.
