I went from a regular mattress to this foam mattress for 2 reasons. #1 Shoulder pain & #2 I get hot. I still get hot. But it does help a little. This is there best mattress with copper infused. I wear a copper sleeve for the tendinitis in my elbow it, takes away 90% of the pain. The copper in the mattress takes away "0" Zero. I am a side sleeper that wakes up to switch sides because of the pain in my shoulder. Not to happy because it doesn't really help either of my issues!

I love everything about it but it’s so firm it bruised my hips. I have the premium copper and now I’m wondering if I’ll need to buy a topper for my new mattress
