Overall service was top notch. :ok_hand::skin-tone-4:
I'm very particular on beds and the copper premium was just not firm enough for my liking. On the other hand my wife and toddlers loved it!

Not only is the bed comfy and everything they say it is, I was really pleased with the quality of workmanship. I got the platform and headboard as well as the mattress and the whole thing is cleverly made, built to last, and a great value. Oh, and their customer service is stellar!
