Disappointed

I am disappointed so far with my Nectar mattress. The mattress is way softer than advertised and there is absolutely no edge retention. It claims to have cooling technology but it is the hottest mattress I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few different memory foam mattresses.

A bit to firm for me . I am a side sleeper but I wake up with shoulder hurting . If I sleep on my back I get up with my back hurting .
